Fortunately for Bourne, it is too far north to be part of the London-Stansted-Cambridge-Peterborough corridor (and this link from the unelected East of England Regional Assembly) as this finishes on the northern edge of Peterborough) so this market town should not be swamped with 1000's of new houses as will happen elsewhere, for example there have been plans for 18,000 houses to be built in Cambridgeshire alone.

This site contains details of 492 New homes in Lincolnshire at the moment and has a search facility to narrow the search down to a specific place like new homes in Bourne where there is at least one new development being built.
